Please note that I am not responsible for companies that do not fulfill their prizes. I have represented each product with the expectation the company will fulfill their prize in a timely manner. I will contact the company regarding your prize(s). The companies, in most cases, are shipping their items to you directly. I will make every effort to assist you obtaining your prize, but ultimately I am not responsible if they do not fulfill your prize win.

Fair Use of Images Rationale
Due to the nature of my blogging, I often use images that are subject to copyright. My use of these images is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, to the best of my knowledge. Any error brought to my attention will be remedied as quickly as possible.
Images are most often the property of a company who has asked me to write a post.
Other times, I may use a significant photo that is widely available to illustrate a topic I am writing about. In these instances I use low resolution images, indicate that I do not own them, and I do not ever achieve monetary gain from their use. Photos are generally used for informational purposes and their inclusion in an article is for the benefit of the reader, rather than the writer.
