Holiday Bliss ~ December 17

My boys love Gingerbread cookies.   I found a cute Wilton Pan last week and brought it home to surprise them.  Last evening we made these.

They are going to be sharing them with friends today.    It's just gingerbread cookie dough, pressed into the large pan and baked for 22 minutes.  The house smelled so nice, and they were fun to decorate.   We'll still do some of the little guys, but this sure was a whole lot easier!!

I's hard to tell, but these are pretty big!  I kept thinking of the old story....  "Run and run as fast as you can... you can't catch me, I'm the gingerbread man!"
